Section 1

Order Processing

Orders are processed on Australian business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST are dispatched the following business day.

Subscription orders Subscription renewal orders are processed automatically on your scheduled renewal date. A dispatch notification with tracking information will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. Track your parcel at auspost.com.au or via the AusPost app.

Section 3

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Zenutri is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, adverse weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, contact us at info@zenutri.com.au and we will investigate on your behalf.

Section 4

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Zenutri is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you identify an error in your delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@zenutri.com.au. We will make every effort to correct the address before dispatch, however this cannot be guaranteed once an order has been collected by Australia Post.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking status shows as delivered but you have not received your parcel, please first check with neighbours, your building's reception or mailroom, and any safe drop locations on your property. If your parcel cannot be located, contact us at info@zenutri.com.au and we will lodge a formal investigation with Australia Post on your behalf.

Changes to Shipping Rates

Zenutri reserves the right to modify shipping rates, thresholds, and delivery options at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon publication of this policy. The shipping rate applicable to your specific order will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm payment — you will never be charged a rate you have not seen and accepted at checkout.

Zenutri currently ships to Australian addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international delivery becomes available.
