Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your Zenutri purchase, we’re here to help.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- A proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
Due to health and safety regulations governing therapeutic goods in Australia, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. This is to ensure the safety and integrity of all products for our customers.
How to initiate a return
- Email us at hello@zenutri.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the product back to the address provided (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect)
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund
Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@zenutri.com.au. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required for damaged goods.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your Zenutri Monthly Plan at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contracts.
To cancel:
- Log into your Zenutri account and manage your subscription
- Or email hello@zenutri.com.au
Cancellation will take effect before your next renewal date. Any orders already dispatched are subject to this returns policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010). If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor failure, we will repair or replace the product within a reasonable time.
